First Hatch of Ducklings...

We decided to add a few ducks to our little farm this year. So I got out my trusty dusty laptop and ordered some Indian Runner Duck eggs from ebay.

All 9 eggs reached me unharmed, so after their 24 hour rest period I popped them into the incubator. Twenty Eight days later I had 6 cute little fluffy butts. (1 pipped and died in the shell, and the other two while fully developed never pipped)

Next week I will order some Pekin eggs so we can have some meat ducks.
